Terms of Guarantee: To qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Client agrees to the following "Active Partner" requirements:
Lead Response: Client must attempt to contact all leads generated by the system within 15 minutes of notification (during business hours).
Data Accuracy: Client must accurately update the status of leads within the Zenith CRM (Pipeline) so performance can be tracked.
System Integrity: Client must not disable or interfere with the automated workflows, "Missed Call Text-Back," or AI-follow-up sequences during the trial period.
Ad Spend: If the guarantee is based on paid traffic, the Client must maintain the agreed-upon minimum daily ad budget.
Zenith Systems MN provides the technology and lead-capture infrastructure. While we guarantee lead volume/appointments as specified, we do not guarantee a specific "closing rate," as the final sale depends on the Client’s internal sales process and pricing. Refund applies to the monthly management fee only; any third-party costs (Ad Spend, SMS/Email credits, A2P registration) are non-refundable.
